Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

A damage deposit of THB 5000 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full, in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation and prepayment policies vary according to accommodation type. Check what conditions might apply to each option when making your selection.

Regarding the prepayment policy, please note that the credit card used for booking and a valid photo identification card with the same name must be presented upon check-in. If guests fail to do so, the property will reject the booking or request a new payment with an alternative payment method.

 

Further Booking Options

The Resort provides a Transfer Service from Thongsala pier or Haad Rin pier at an additional cost. Guests who wish to use this service must contact the hotel directly prior to the arrival dates. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation.

Pool Villa Sea View FAQ's

The airport transfer is not available at this moment, however, pick up from Thongsala pier or Haadrin pier on Koh Phangan can be arranged. Koh Samui airport is the closest airport, the last boat to Koh Phangan is around 17.00 from Bangrak pier.

Our resort policy is children under age 12 years old are not allowed. However, for safety reasons, we would not recommend any kids stay in the villas as the bedroom door is open directly to the pool.

The majority of private villa rates are for the entire villa and up to the maximum occupancies stated, Our villas however are often based on 2 adults sharing per bedroom and then additional charges for extra adults. Be sure to let us know the size of your party including the number and ages of children so that we can quote you correctly. Please advise us immediately in the event of the number in your party changing after you have booked with us.

The villa has a separate toilet and shower in the room for your own privacy and comfort, we have lots of local insects that fly around our resort which some guests are not 100% custom to. Keep your doors closed around the morning and before sunset to keep most of the unwanted local visitors out.

A minimum of 2 nights’ stay is required during Fullmoon Party periods and also depending on the time of year you would like to stay at Chantaramas Beach Resort. High season may also require a longer stay  3-5 nights minimum stays over Christmas/New Year periods. If you are looking to book around this time we suggest you book well in advance to save any dissapointment.

A deposit of 5,000THB in cash is needed upon arrival however the cancellation policy may vary depending on the season which you can refer to the condition of the booking. No. You do not share the villa with other guests. When you rent the villa, the entire villa is only exclusive for your use including all facilities at the villa including your private pool.

All villas prohibit smoking in any indoor areas at the villas. However, there are outdoor areas at the villa where guests are allowed to smoke and also designated smoking area’s dotted around the resort grounds.

The check-in time is from 14.00 to 22.00 and check-out is until 12.00. Early check-in is subject to availability, and late check-out is with an extra fee. Please let us know your needs and we will always try to accommodate your travel and onward travel plans.
