Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Visa or Mastercard, Cash or Bank Transfer are accepted for payment

A damage deposit of THB 5000 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full, in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation and prepayment policies vary according to accommodation type. Check what conditions might apply to each option when making your selection.

Regarding the prepayment policy, please note that the credit card used for booking and a valid photo identification card with the same name must be presented upon check-in. If guests fail to do so, the property will reject the booking or request a new payment with an alternative payment method.

 

Further Booking Options

The Resort provides a Transfer Service from Thongsala pier or Haad Rin pier at an additional cost. Guests who wish to use this service must contact the hotel directly prior to the arrival dates. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation.

All Deluxe rooms is with garden view.

There is no connecting door for the Deluxe room, however the room side by side can be arranged.

Yes, there is a bathtub and a separate toilet and shower in every room.

There is an outdoor shower for a room on the ground floor, there is no outdoor shower for the Deluxe
room on the 2 nd floor.

There is a separate router for the internet available in each room.

The Deluxe room is near our main swimming pool.

Yes, we provided the amenities in the bathroom including shampoo and bath gel.

Yes, there is a scheduled shuttle hotel van to fullmoon party at 150THB per person.

Please be informed that all the rooms are non-smoking room in our resort.

Yes, all the Deluxe rooms on the ground floor are accessible room.
